Return & Refund Policy

Personalized Products
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless:
The product arrived damaged or defective. The wrong product was sent. If this applies to you, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue at ymca.prints@gmail.com.

Non-Personalized Products
If you purchased a non-customized product, you may request a return within 14 business days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exceptions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

The customer made a mistake in the design or order details for a personalized product.

The product shows signs of use or damage not related to shipping.

The request is made after the return period has passed.

Return Process
If you meet the requirements above:
1. Send an email to ymca.prints@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.​
2. We will review your request and provide return instructions (if applicable).​
3. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.

If Ymcraft made an error, we will cover return shipping costs. If you are returning a non-personalized product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
